She and her team plan everything from intimate destination weddings to dazzling receptions all over Southern California and beyond. Her weddings have been featured in Modern Bride, Inside Weddings, Elegant Bride, and The Knot Wedding Pages, countless wedding blogs such as Style Me Pretty, as well as a celebrity tabloid that shall remain nameless!

Ryan has a reputation for dreaming up distinctive, one of a kind weddings that embody the couple’s unique style and personality. Her ability to conceptualize a couple’s dream wedding for over 18 years has made her an expert in wedding planning and design. Ryan’s abilities go above design and aesthetics to great attention to detail, accurate budgeting, and meticulous logistics planning. These talents have enabled her couples’ to have a carefree and magical Wedding.

Ryan’s success in planning unique weddings instead of following the latest trends is also attributed to her entrepreneurial and creative spirit. Her passion for creative design inspired her to start a sister company, “Tin Parade” that designs party and entertainment goods sold internationally. Having laid out some of the most beautiful table tops in the industry, Ryan believes that the world of events and party planning is quickly evolving with novel ideas and twists on traditions. Designing her own line of entertaining goods seemed like the logical next step for this creative founder.

Ryan feels a great party is the gift you give your guests. Guests who feel good, mean the couple feels good and true connection and genuine moments can abound in those settings. “I get to be there for the best day of their lives, the day they record in albums and journals and stories for years to come. Ryan received her Bachelor's Degree in History and is fascinated by styles and trends of era’s gone by. Wedding Coordinating lets her merge traditions of the past with innovative and fresh gorgeous trends of today.

Ryan lives in Los Angeles with her husband, their son and daughter and their rescue dog Freddy. They call their house the “singing and dancing house” and each year make a killer holiday card that their friends and families keep up all year long.
