Month-of planning (sometimes called Day-of)
Having someone organize and run the Day of the wedding is imperative to a smooth day. However, it does require us to be involved the entire last month of the wedding to be truly successful for you. Many brides have seen the term “Day-of” and wonder if that would be enough. It is not. We believe wholeheartedly that the planner MUST be at a final walk through at the venue as well as have very detailed communication with each of your vendors to coordinate timing of the day.

- Timeline (detailed and specific and sent to all necessary vendors)
- All vendors confirmed and logistics for delivery and set up worked out
- Processional order strategized
- Available by email and phone throughout the entire planning process to answer questions, give referrals, suggestions and advice as needed.
On the day of the wedding, we will oversee and coordinate the day with all vendors and the bridal party, making sure that the entire event runs very smoothly and all details are accounted for. This includes checking in all vendors, putting out all favors and place cards, doing last minute décor, giving payment envelopes to vendors, coordinating bride and grooms announcement and first dance, and facilitating the day's structure, including toasts, cake cutting and much more.
Add-ons: Consultation meetings to strategize your planning and to discuss style, theme, ideas and to plan a budget can be added to the Month-Of Package. Ask Ryan about her signature “Pow Wow Meeting” that she has become known for. (Note: You must be a client of Savoir Flair in some capacity to book one of these meetings, please inquire.)
Full Coordinating
Full Coordinating is for the couple that may be too busy to do all of the planning or a couple that is from out of town and needs local representation. But It is also helpful to have someone strategizing the entire time so you can fully enjoy the planning process and just have fun with the parties, dress shopping and all the other fun activities associated with planning your wedding. It should be a FUN experience.
• Plan a budget with the bride and groom.
• Assist in choosing a great location. Securing agreement and finalizing details with the site.
• Design the wedding concept, and/or themes and décor.
• Facilitate the production of very unique ideas to personalize the ceremony and reception.
• Coordinate and strategize the choosing vendors such as: Florist, officiant, photographer, caterer, rental company, hair stylist, Invitations, tabletop decor, exclusive vendors, mother of the bride dresses, bridesmaids dresses, Wedding gown and more.
• Acting as a liaison to negotiate and finalize agreements.
• Help secure accommodations for out of town guests.
• Help selecting wedding invitations, paper goods and assist with wording.
• Negotiate group room blocks
• Help with locating, timing & contracting transportation for you, your wedding party and/or guests.
• Consultation meetings throughout the planning process.
• Choreograph the ceremony in advance as well as the all important flow of the reception.
• Prepare a comprehensive timeline of the wedding week and wedding day.
• Timeline (detailed and specific and sent to all necessary vendors)
• Orchestrate the rehearsal the week of the wedding.
• Smooth Wedding day coordination with Ryan’s team.
